Cancellation policy

These terms apply to all Woohoo Body subscriptions. By starting a subscription you're agreeing to them, alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Questions any time:Ā crew@woohoobody.com.au or (02) 4040 5353, 8:00am–4pm Monday–Friday.

If youĀ would likeĀ to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Click here to log into your account and manage your subscriptions.Ā

1. How subscriptions work

When you subscribe, you're choosing to receive the products you've selected at the frequency you've set, until you tell us to stop. Your subscription renews automatically on that schedule.

You'll need to be 18 or over, with a delivery address in a country we ship to.

If something you subscribe to becomes unavailable, we'll let you know and help you choose an alternative, or pause you until it's back.

2. Your subscriber discount

Subscribers save 20% on every order, for as long as the subscription stays active. The discount applies to the products in your subscription and can't be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Only one discount applies per order, so your subscriber discount won't stack with a promotional code. You'll always get whichever saves you more.

3. Payment

By subscribing, you're authorising us to securely store your payment details and charge your chosen payment method for each order on your schedule. Your billing date follows the date you signed up.

If a payment fails we'll let you know and try again. If we can't process it, we'll pause your subscription until the payment details are updated.

We'll always give youĀ at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affecting your subscription, so you have time to cancel or adjust if you'd rather not continue.

4. Managing your subscription

Everything is self-serve through your account — change products, quantities, frequency, delivery address, or payment details whenever you like.

Skip an order. Got plenty? Skip the next delivery in one click.

Pause. Put your subscription on hold and pick it back up when you're ready. Nothing is charged and nothing ships while you're paused.

Cancel. Cancel any time from your account, with no fee and no minimum term. You don't need to contact us, though we're always happy to help if something's not working.

Timing matters. Changes, skips, pauses, and cancellations need to be made before your next order is processed. Once an order has been charged and packed we can't change or stop it — but it's still covered by our returns policy.

5. Getting the frequency right

Most people find their real usage differs from what they guessed at signup, and a cupboard full of unused product isn't what anyone wants. Our products are best used within their recommended period, so if deliveries are arriving faster than you're getting through them, stretch out your frequency or skip an order rather than letting it stack up. Both take a few seconds in your account, and you keep your discount either way.

6. Delivery

Deliveries go to the address on your subscription. Please keep it up to date — if a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected in time, the return fee set out in our Shipping Policy applies.

Shipping costs are calculated at the same rates and thresholds as any other order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, and carrier delays happen. We'll let you know about anything significant.

7. Returns and guarantees

Our 90 Day Guarantees apply to subscription deliveries exactly as they do to one-off orders, and our full Refund Policy covers everything else.

8. Your rights

These terms sit alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here limits them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects you, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you're free to cancel before it takes effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
