- NEW ZEALAND - $9.90 standard shipping for orders. Express option available. Free for orders over $100.
- US, CANADA, UK, IRELAND, HONG KONG, JAPAN AND SOUTH EAST ASIA - Starting from $13 standard shipping ($18 for larger orders). Express option available. Free for orders over $150.
- Other countries - $35 (International Express Courier)
Unfortunately, we can't ship to Spain and Hungary due to their customs who are not allowing Australian cosmetics.
All orders worldwide have tracking numbers so you're never left wondering where your parcel is! We'll try our very best to send your order the next business day after it's placed, but during peak times please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
International Express orders are sent with full tracking via the Australia Post International Express Courier Service (the best we could find!) and takes 3 to 10 business days.
If you're a long way from Australia and outside of Asia, there's no need to be concerned your parcel won't arrive for ages. Your delivery will get there super-duper fast with our extremely reliable courier-level service :)

An important Note on CUSTOMS and IMPORT DUTIES
This can vary depending on where you live. Customs is a complicated beast! Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are your responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
We can confirm though that our lucky customers in the USA, Hong Kong and Japan won't have customs fees to worry about due to the Free Trade Agreement with Australia.
At the time of writing, our New Zealand customers won't be charged customs as long as your order value is under $399 NZD.
